iPhone Siri shortcuts - wake/sleep Apple TV not working

I’ve been playing with Siri shortcuts since downloading ios13 the few that I have so far work great, but I keep getting an error when I try to wake/sleep my Apple TV (error is pictured below) any ideas or is it just broken right now. Apple TV is also on beta tvOS 13. Thanks.
