Hi,

I have an iPhone 7 since a few days. In the beginning everything worked fined, including "Hey Siri". But suddenly "Hey Siri" and Siri at all isn't working anymore using the internal mic. If I connect my EarPods Siri is working. The strange thing is, the internal mic is also working, for example with audio recorder or voice command (in case Siri is deactivated).

I tried restoring 10.0.1, 10.0.2 and 10.1 Public Beta. I have set it up as new device all the time. Also tried DFU. Even WLAN and BT switching on or off doesn't change anything.

Does anybody have an idea what could cause the problem? Can't thing of an hardware error, but also a software error seems unlikely.

Thanks!
Felix
[doublepost=1474791518][/doublepost]I don't believe it...

I found this thread: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/siri-broken-after-9-3-3-update-iphone-se-mic-works.1985137/

I didn't know there were two mics. So I puffed in the slit on the top off the phone and now it works again :D
