Anyone have any good tips and tricks for maximizing Siri usage?

One thing I had to do to get Siri to know who I am, is to add myself as a contact, and then link "My Info" in Settings--> Siri to the contact I created of myself.

Anyone know how to get Siri to remember who your siblings or spouse is?

just give your siblings the nicknames brother, sister or dad, mom etc.. only problem would be if you have multipule sisters/brothers.

wouldnt it then just ask which one?

like if you say: message dan

and you got 2 named dan in your phonebook, siri will ask which one

Go into your contacts entry. hit edit, scroll to the bottom and "add field" > "Related People".

From there you can choose relations. click the blue arrow to assign other contacts as relations

If you don't set My Info, it apparently does it for you. I created a name link for my niece. Siri created a contact with my name and the link as one of the items. Since I already had a contact for myself, I deleted the one Siri created and set it original one. I had recreate the link.
