Technology has existed for some time to replicate any voice. I am sure they could modify the text to speech facility for this. But... it seems too trite an homage for a great man.
 
It is pretty freaky to hear his voice nonstop IMO.

I say they make a special edition iTunes voucher with a picture of him and it simply just says 1955-2011 in a plain white font (Kind of like the picture I attached) and they donate profits or at least part to pancreatic cancer research. A fitting tribute for him and it may save lives in the future.
