I just saw a tweak on YouTube that acts like actionmenu, suck and when you highlight a paragraph it gives you more options. One option I saw was that it gave to option to use siri to speak what was highlighted. This would be pretty interesting and entertaining to get Siri to speak whatever you wrote in more or on websites.

Anyone know how to do this??
 
You don't even need to jailbreak to do this:
Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Speak Selection On.

Exactly. Its been a feature of iOS for a while now (I have an iPhone 4, so this is not a Siri feature). I've also activated voice-over (used with three-taps of the home button - which can also be activated in the accessibility menu) so that it continuously reads, which is useful for iBooks/Kindle books.
