iPhone Siri voice feedback not working

Both my wife’s and my iPhone 10 Siri voice feedback quit working. Doesn’t work over phone speaker or while using CarPlay. iOS 13.5.1 Anyone suggestions ? I made sure voice volume is turned all the way up. Thanks.
 
Well I changed the voice accent to anything but American female and it works. I switch back to American female and it quits working
