Siri Volume, via in-car bluetooth, lower in 9.3?

I use Siri in the car a lot, using a Himbox bluetooth setup through my aux jack. I noticed in 9.3 that Siri is terribly quiet as compared to whatever I'm playing at the same time (podcasts, music). Has anyone else noticed this? Is there even a fix or a way to report this bug? This required constant fiddling with the console volume everytime I make a request or if I have Siri read texts in the car.
