Siri watch face issues

I am having some issues with my Siri watch face. I have everything turned on except news and breathe. Literally the only thing that show up on my watch face throughout the day are my activity rings. I get no weather and no sunrise/sunset ever. Is there anything in my setting on my watch or iPhone that may be hindering communication between the two? I have a iPhone X and an Apple Watch 3 LTE. I’ve just recently switched to the Siri watch face I don’t know if that’s useful info or not.

Should check your Location Services settings on both the watch & the phone (on both watch app & Settings app)
