Since it came out I was excited by the Siri watch face and was using it until last week.

I've been kind of disappointed with how it doesn't seem to adapt or learn anything. It seems to either show my upcoming calendar events, and if there aren't any, it turns into a "Have a good afternoon, Rodrigo" machine.

I was hoping that if the weather was going to be remarkable later in the day or the next day that it would say something about that, or if it knew I was travelling (with an international flight ticket in my Apple Wallet) that it would say something about that or the weather there, etc....

Have other people found the Siri watch face useful enough to use as your main watch face? Have you successfully "trained" it by asking Siri about the types of things you want it to display?

I completely agree with everything you said. I still find the Siri face useful because it shows the next two Calendar events but it does feel like it has a lot of untapped potential.

Yeah, it is nice that you can see what the very next even is, but that's not too "smart". The regular calendar complication could do that too if they wanted.

Or perhaps if you could have some extra complications on the Siri face, so I can have date and temperature, then at least that's a useful baseline for it to talk to me about how "good" an afternoon I should be having :)
