I just got my iphone 4S and have been playing around with siri and I've noticed that it takes a lot longer over wifi and I get "could not connect with the network" fairly often as opposed to just using it over the 3G network. I know there's nothing wrong with my wifi ... it's extremely fast and my iphone is fine with safari and every other aspect of it ... just siri.

Has anyone else noticed this as well?

Also, I changed the name of someone and added their last name. Siri asks me now if it should call the name as the old contact or the new one. Is there a way to have siri re-read my contact list and make the proper updates?

Siri likes to call out on some unusual ports (not 80/443 etc) so if your wifi is blocking some outbound traffic based on ports, lift that restriction and it may help.

I edited a contact to simply add a last name and siri forgot them completely. I just told Siri about the change (joe brown is my son, for example) and she reconfirmed.
