Just received my shipment from Apple. It's an iPhone 4S box. After setting up the phone, I hold down home button, eager to try Siri. Voice Control opens! Does this mean they sent me an iPhone 4?

Model is MD278LL. According to Google, that should be an iPhone 4S. What's happening?

Enable Siri in Settings>General

Haha, this is the first thing I thought as well.

You have to enable Siri manually in Settings.

I believe if you restore from a previous pre-4S backup, it'll have Siri disabled.

I had to switch Siri on under Settings->General->Siri. Before doing that, it was just the old style voice controls available.
