Siri won't work

My Siri won't work. I hold down the home button and Siri won't pop up at all. In either sleep mode or even after I unlock the phone. Crazy thing is, I was using it earlier this morning and it worked fine. When I tried to ask Siri to do something else, it didn't pop up again. Anyone having the same issue? Can anyone recommend a fix? Thanks for any help.

Did you turn Siri on? Settings>Siri

Yea. It was on when it stopped working. I did find a thread on apple.com talking about this very same thing. It's working now. All I did was go onto Settings and turn Siri off. Then I turned off the power on my phone. Powered it back on. Went back and turned on Siri. And it starting working again.
So if anyone has this same issue, try this.
