I've not spotted anything confirming either way but is the classic iPhone 4 getting Siri just like the 4s or it's processor not up to it?

No, it's just for the 4S.

They could offer it for the 4 but they chose not to.

We will have to see how it impacts performance once iOS5 is jailbroken.

I'm sure it will work but the question really is "how well?" Others should take that into account.
 
To say the iPhone 4 isn't powerful enough is complete rubbish, all the brains behind siri are kept on a server. The phone is simply sending and receiving data. iPhone 3GS could handle this.

Siri had to be 4S only to save Tim Cook's presentation from being a massive disappointment.

Apart from that, Siri has been on the App Store for some time and now has been pulled. That should tell you everything you need to know.

It's just business. :apple:
