Did anyone else just have a message pop up that says Siri has a new voice? Im on beta 4.

Nope. I am on beta 4. I just did a OTA update though, siri works, but it didn't give me any popups about it.

Yep that's exactly what I got. Does it sound different to you? It seems more fluid and sounds more like a person to me.

I went to Siri and my option to select a different voice is gone. Wonder if the male US English version is gone. This is on a Verizon iPhone 5.

Well! I just rebooted and the Voice Gender was back. Oh well. I'll have to wait until I get off work to see if the voice is different. But I didn't get that "New Voice" prompt when I installed Beta 4. Hmm....

I found it weird to get a prompt. I mean who really cares? If a user cared they would find it on their own. I don't see why it is worthy of a prompt

Probably more of a semi-advertisement. I wouldn't mind it if it was a one time thing. If it told me that every time I'd be upset though. Lol. I wish I had someone to compare with around me to see if mine sounds different.

Yea, but why Siri? If it was pointing out new features I would expect other notifications. It's not like Apple.

The reason it says Siri has a new voice is obviously because they are incorporating end user features for when the public gets the new OS. Remember the "change home screen icons position" pop up every time you get a new iPhone?
