SiriPort = Stock Apps Crashing?

Hello all, I recently installed SiriPort on my iPad 2. It ran okay. Then I noticed that some stock apple apps were not functioning correctly, such as the app store, iTunes, and Contacts. Uninstalling SiriPort made them work again, but how can I have both?
