Site redirect if viewing on iPhone

Is there a html code i can insert in my site on dreamweaver, that redirects viewers to a page optimized for iPhone if viewing on iPhone? For instance, there's a code for if you're viewing on internet explorer "If IE" or something like that, thanks

java? yes. i dont have the script handy, but you can search for a java browser id redirect.
