Are there any rules I can add to a global style sheet, to target specific sites?

I would like to collapse elements on for example blah.com, but not anywhere else on the net - using only the one style sheet.

is this even possible?

If you're using Firefox, I would recommend the add-on Stylish, that lets you setup site-specific or global styles pretty easily. I use it for a few sites and it can be pretty fun. If you're a Safari user you can take a look at this article, which may be helpful.
