I am not sure what you are looking for exactly. Do you mean potential internet speed by all the ISPs in your specific area?

There are plenty of places to find this, here are two:

https://www.highspeedinternet.com/

I searched on both of these site, but they are not always accurate, as the listed speeds that is has in my area are slower than the speeds that are currently available.

Broadbandnow.com does show the average speeds of ISPs in an area, but it doesn't clarify what that means. Average of the current customers? Average of what is available? I would guess that this means average speeds of what customers are currently getting.

Without any context on what it means, it is pretty useless information.

Maybe you can explain what you are looking for or what you were wanting to do?
