sites claiming to unlock/jailbreak firmware 3.1.3

There are loads of sites on net claiming to unlock/activate/jailbreak iphone on firmware 3.1.3 for some 19 bucks, which at the moment we know, cant be done yet.
What about these sites, are these scammer sites or they really have hired crackers and done their work on that subject?

Almost all are scammers which tell you they can guarantee an unlock / jailbreak solution. But when you actually pay them you find out that you wont be getting it until Geohot or The Dev Team releases the same program for FREE!
