iPad Size mismatch error installing Activator

When I attempt to install Activator, I get 4 size mismatch errors as follows:

Downloading PreferenceLoader

Downloading RocketBootstrap

Downloading Flipswitch
Done: Flipswitch
Downloading Activator
Done: Activator

size mismatch

I already removed all sources and re-added only the BigBoss and ZodTTD & MacCiti sources via the "More Package Sources" on the home cydia window.

I then successfully installed Cydia Substrate (0.9.5001).

Then when attempting to install Activator (via the link on the home cydia window), I get the above size mismatch errors. Anything else I should try in order to resolve this?
