Size of Apps including their uploaded files?

How can I get a list of the size each of my iPhone app takes up on my iPhone including any uploaded files associated with the application. That is some apps provide picture or video viewers for which you can upload files via iTunes to this app area on the iphone, so I am after the total effective size each application takes up (i.e. base app size + any uploaded files).

Ideally the tool would list:

App          Base  SizeOfUserfiles   TOTAL
==========================================
Notes        12M   0MB               12MB
ToDo         8M    0MB               12MB
VideoHelper  4M    500MB             504MB

wow - this would be perfect expect when you expand the apps folder and it lists all the apps, it doesn't actually populate the "Size" column. Nor can you right click on the app and go "find info" to get the size. Very close however

Yeah, I couldn't remember if it would give the file size or not. That little app can be very handy when migrating your phone data from one computer to another.

I second that - would be nice to know. I've got 40 some games yet it shows 1.5GB used up on it.
