Sizzle menu creation bissues

does anyone know why when i create menus for a dvd in sizzle, the chapters do not work

i set up 2 titles for a dvd and set the chapters etc

the second title works perfectly but on the first, only the first 2 chapters work

i am stumped

also does anyone know how to crop black borders off .vob files without converting them?
