SizzlingKeys 4 problem with 10.6.3

SizzlingKeys 4.0.1 worked fine here of 10.5 & 10.6.2

with 10.6.3 it stopped to react to shortcuts it had for ages: '⌘⌥⌃↑' and '⌘⌥⌃↓' (Cmnd+Opt+Ctlr+Arrows) doesn't do anything ....

Can you check of you can use this combinations for anything useful ?
What kind of shortcuts do you have ?
