I am actually speechless looking at this waste of energy and resources... built with the premium they charge us at the gas stations...

If you ever visit the UAE or Saudi Arabia, the waste of energy and resources is shocking.
But there are plenty of other indoor ski slopes around the world. Not sure if they're as large as this one though.

I live in the UAE, and yes i have been to the ski slop in the desert. Its very very cold in there, i forgot to take my gloves with me and my hands froze. Its very fun but gets boring after 3 hours of sking thank god there us a TGI fridays there. Is it a waste of energey? maybe but so are a lot of things in the world. If you guys need any info post them here and i will try to answer them.

What does that mean? That I am not allowed to critizise waste of resources because I am from a western country? What kind of logic is that? Neither you know me nor my life-style...

True.

With several in- and outdoor fun parks, climbing towers and walls, and the world's longest indoor ski slope, Berlin has more than enough to satiate fun-seekers' appetites.

:D

In my opinion, indoor ski slopes anywhere are a waste of resources, but then so are a lot of things.
