I got an iPhone 4S yesterday and now I am looking for some nice skins. I have found one to be quite interesting.

UltraSkin Mosaic

This skin is indeed very beautiful and the design looks very detailed and unique. I really love it. But skins usually don’t give good protection. How about also having a bumper? Isn't it a good idea?

For what it's worth, I'll be doing a skin and bumper combo on my 4s. While there are other cases out there that offer much better protection, the bumper saved my iPhone on a couple of occasions. Good enough for me, plus it offers a minimalistic design that makes most of our beautiful device still visible. The skin is obviously to take care of the scratches on the screen and the back.

Skin- protects against scratches
Bumper- actually provides a good job against drops

I am doing this on my iPhone 4 for several months and there is only 1 scratch on it from the bumper

Not my style (cause I'm a dude), but that's a pretty sweet skin. I think a bumper with that would provide great protection, as long as you're not a klutz.
