Case for me. Personally I don’t like the feel of a naked phone. That may just be a habit though as every smartphone I have owned has gone straight into a case. I prefer the group that a case provides.
Never tried a skin.

Always use a case when I’m out but tend to leave it without a case when i’m at home using phone.

Apple leather case 24/7. Had one of those on my iPhone 5s years ago and that phone is pretty much spotless as a result, so I decided to just tolerate the extra bulk after my bad experience with one of the ultra thin cases on my 6s Plus.

I used to go naked because somehow I never dropped my phone. Then I got lucky with a drop in a car park 5 years ago and figured it was time to go hard case. Have been using and ATOP case/protector on my XR and it's been faultless. Lots of drops, outdoor activities etc and it shows only minimal wear and the phone itself is still mint.

SB 13P arriving within the hour and I'm defo going to get a case, just need to figure out which one because I want to 'show off' the blue.

I always buy a genuine Apple leather case but at home and in work I use the phone without. Case is only really for added grip and protection if I’m out and about.

Case, although the Pro Max Gorgeous is so damn gorgeous that I keep taking it off. The brushed glass feels so good

If the sides were not a fingerprint magnet, I would go naked. Instead, I’m going with the Apple Leather case in Cherry.

My new blue iPhone 13 Mini has a matching Apple blue silicone case with a Zagg screen protector and looks very sharp. It replaced a gold iPhone Xs that was in an Apple dark green leather case with a Zagg screen protector. I have found that the Apple cases are a little more expensive, but they have a great feel, are lightest in weight and just look better. In my own situation, I carry my phones in my pocket, and I don't want to risk damage to such an expensive device. Besides, the recent glass backed iPhones feel slippery like bars of soap when uncased.

I typically use a wallet case. I'm thinking of going naked, or at least with a clear skin on the back to prevent minor scratches

I have a rugged case on my mini though have used minimalist bumper cases in the past. The full case comes with a kickstand, which I really like, along with a belt holster.

Use a screen protector then place the iPhone inside a clear case.
Accidents happen so need some protection for a $1K+ device, including AppleCare.
