skipping burned discs

i have a white macbook. and everytime i burn CD. and play it in my stereo or my car the last half skips. its not random. it happens on all discs...is there something i can do? or is this an apple problem

Make sure the computer is on flat level surface and dont move it while its burning.
I had this problem but im starting to think its my radio because a brand new store bought cd was doing the same thing. From like track 12ish up, it will skip.

Ive played the cd's on other radios with out skipping so make sure its not your radio. Im in Arizona, LOTS of dust.
