I only wear my kilt when it's warm out....cause in the winter it's too "drafty". :D

but it's GREAT in the summer time...
 
It is always good to have a little happy news for a change. They should be able to dress as they choose, it will be a centuries old Scottish tradition in America.

I guess that is the reason that teabgs said it is drafty. :p

At the right occasion, I'd be interested in wearing a Kilt, but with under wear.
