I purchased some of these a month ago and found that they were not compatible with the iphone 4. There was like a buzz/thumping sound and a result was the quality of a phone call was severely affected.

After a google search on this it seems its an issue experienced by other people too.

Something to do with the ip4 steel antenna band and the metal of the earbuds !

I returned them and bought some skullcandy smokin buds instead which work just fine.
