Anyone have these? I can get them for $39 through my work, are they any good?

For $39 I would say these would be a good buy. I bought the Full Metal Jacket's for around the same price and couldn't be happier. I had used them for about six months and they crapped out on me. I tend to be rough on my headphones. The Skullcandy was great and was able to warranty them for me. The sound on the headphones is a little bass heavy (I like it that way). Many audiophiles will complain about the sound being mediocre. But I like how rugged the headphones are and the quality of the mic is pretty good.

pretty good headphoned (obviously, theyre no Shures)
and if they ever break, at all, you can get them replaced free, for the cost of a postage stamp. Go to their website, make a warranty claim, and just cut off the headphone jack, pop it in an envelope, and send it off to them

it takes a week or so, but you get them replaced
