Is anyone else annoyed that sky anytime on your PC only works on Windows?? Its a really good idea and would be really useful but it isn't available on the mac. The BBC had to chance the iplayer to work on mac too so why haven't sky been forced to?? Is it because the BBC is publicly funded or is it something to do with UK law??
Anyway, here is the website of sky anytimepc

Sky is a privately owned company, it can pick and choose whichever technologies it may want to use. It's under no obligation to support Macs. In a case like this, your only option is to take your custom elsewhere, whether it's by using iTunes , bit torrent or something else.

Sky caters to the majority, it took them over 10 years to realise some people live in flats.

Am I the only one who thought of vodka when opening this thread? :p

Seriously though, is this a BBC-only deal? Why haven't American networks started something like this?

You can view the BBC iplayer over the internet on the BBC website. If there isnt a link on the worldwide site, click through to the UK one and there is a link on the homepage. It has loads of great stuff on it
