Looks flipping sweet! Hopefully, the iPhone 4 will be able to handle this until we get our iPads tomorrow!

I did not like the demo, the gameplay looks boring.
 
Seeing as how this is made by Namco, I'm surprised they didn't make it into a new Ace Combat.
 
can't say that this look particularly fun. in the future real 3D iPad gaming will come from services like onlive.

Onlive can exist where the data connection is strong, but the device is not powerful enough to run the game. That is a narrow window, one that will close.

yeah that is the only issue. It just offers so much more than games like this. The other issue for both paths is battery life of course... and that is a big issue.
 
Playing this game using the accelerometer gave me motion sickness and weird ergonomics related cramps. Would recommend not using these controls.
