has anyone got the sky go desktop app working??

when i try to sign in it says that i need to enable drm protected playback in silverlight to use this service.

i have gone into silverlight playback preferences and done this but it is still coming up with the same message.

i have also fully deleted both sky go and silverlight and reinstalled.

any ideas?
