Interesting article on an Intel 2-in-1 reference tablet dispalyed at IDF 15 in Shenzhen this month:

It looks like it is using an Apple Thunderbolt to HDMI or VGA adapter! (so probably not using the new TB3 connector)
Whilst neither the PDF presentation and the video explicitly mention Skylake, the author thinks that the reference machine may have been running Skylake Core-M, which seems plausible. It does have a fan though, no doubt because it's an early design and has to cover with the other new tech (WiGig, WiDi, wireless charging etc.).
It will be interesting to see how this develops, but I'm not expecting actual devices until early 2016.
