Just netflixed Skyline. Holy god in heaven. How does crap like this get made? Not even bad good. Just bad bad. Just really awful waste of time.

Worse than Battle Los Angeles?

Interestingly Skyline was sued by Battle: Los Angeles' distributor Sony as some of the CGI artists were double-dipping on their own sci-fi movie.

Battle: LA was not nearly as bad; although that does not make it good.

I LOVED "Battle: LA"....

Was wondering about "Skyline" - bad Alien movie - awesome!

Seems like a whole bunch of "Alien Invasion" Movies out now...

Now there's "Super 8"

Soon, "Cowboys and Aliens".

It's a good time to be alive... or invaded...

;)

some things can not be unseen...

i paid $1 to rent this from redbox. was a total waste of a buck. buying a loosing lotto scratch ticket for a buck would have been more fun...

listed highly on the worst ever list.

I got the DVD from Netflix....

I would like the 1.5 hours of my life back...

Plus I didn't really get the whole Blue Glowing vs. Yellow Glowing Brain thing at the end or the point of that anyways...

I did start rooting for the Aliens, and like the way they consumed humans... ;)

Battle LA should win a freaking Academy Award comparied to this heeping pile of worm riddien monkey dung. Skyline, started out ok, but then went terrible terrible wrong.

Yeah, the ending was far worse then anything I have seen in a very long time.

sawing off my own limbs with piano wire (think Audition) would have been more enjoyable than Skyline

Battle LA, taken at face value, was entertaining. I kind of liked the Call of Duty meets Independence Day thing

Battle LA was actually pretty good, I enjoyed it.
Skyline think of the worst B movie you can and add A+ CGI.
The way I look at: It was basically an excercise run for CGI workers, not meant for public viewing.

I didn't think the CG was that bad, it was the story and acting that had me cringing and wishing for for a quick death. Not to mention the the whole "red brain" serious to end the movie was just freaking terrible.

Battle Field LA wasn't as bad. Very predicable but entertaining none the less.

I thought it was a fun ride in parts, but not something I'd ever watch again.

Same for Battle LA too except I found that very hard to follow with the constant shaky cam.
