I've searched in the forums but found no one that had the same problem as I have...
I've just upgraded Skype from 5.0 to 5.3, specially because of the HD video (I'm aware my iSight is not HD, but my girlfriends is), but now I can't see any video on the chat window. Not even my own video. However, the person I'm talking to can see me. And I can see their video only when I'm in another program and Skype is in the background, then theres a small window with the video of the person I'm talking to.
I've tried reinstalling, deleting the preferences folder and reinstalling, and I've now even done a clean install of Lion and reinstalled Skype (I had Snow Leopard the first time I tried Skype 5.3), and the problem still persists!
Any ideas of how I can fix it? Downgrading to 2.8 is a option, but the video quality is *extremely* low, for unknown reasons... (I have a 12mps internet, so that shouldn't be a problem).
Thanks in advance!
PS: My computer is a 2.2ghz Core 2 Duo late 2007 MBP with 4g RAM and Lion 10.7.1
