The company which I work is the main communicator Skype, and TCP / UDP connection is only allowed via proxy on port 80, however there are several users who have Skype For MacBook and Mac OS X and can not connect, since Preferences - > Advanced -> Gateway input: only allow values of 1024-65535, with 80 invalid. What is the solution? I can build some script?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)

You will need to use port forwarding to give access to port 80 from another port that is open for non-root users.
Port 8080 is often used for that.
