I was looking at Skype Call forwarding and it says "Forwarding calls to a landline or mobile is charged at our SkypeOut rates." (http://www.skype.com/products/callforwarding/) But what if you have the Unlimited Calling package to the US and Canada, would that mean you will be able to forward all your calls for free (assuming that the number you are forwarding to is in the US/Canada)?

On this note.. is there a way to pay that Skype thing with a Money Order? You know you go to a corner shop and pay cash and they give you a money order check and you send that to them?

I would like to pay by ATM, Bank transfer, by cheque or other alternative

Skype currently offers payment via Bank Transfer in a number of countries.

You can purchase SkypeOut credit through Click&Buy which allows alternative payment methods such as bank transfer or credit cards in several countries.

Also Moneybookers.com allows alternative payment methods such as bank transfers in more than 30 countries worldwide. When placing an order once you enter your address information it will determine the methods available to you based on your location and these will then be displayed.

We are constantly looking at adding new payment providers and options and suggest you check back often for more news.

Yeah, the linked page lists the accepted ways to pay. Do you not have a bank account or a credit card?

Have a bank account thats monitored by the rents.. they wont understand the service that I want from Skype.. I like it a lot because its easier when i am on the go and When I am making mass phone calls and conference calls.

No Credit card.. but If i did it would also be monitored, anyways where do I go for Money Order payments? Which one do I choose? (US payment)

Thank you for your help, sorry if I hijacked your thread

I don't see that any of those options really allow you to send money by check. I don't think paypal or moneybrokers allows for that.

Erm...not sure what to tell you. You're getting a Skype service that costs >$20 a year, though... not buying porn or getting cosmetic surgery. Why not just tell them about it? If you're old enough to be "on the go" and you have the money, I don't see why it's a big deal to have a paid Skype account....
