Skype - disable sounds

how on earth can you turn off the sound when sending an im in skype? i cant find it...

(air2, 8.1.2, latest skype)

Tried to find an answer, and only found old questions about this sound thing from net.. Skype in ios seems to quite buggy? Sometimes "send" button disappears too...
