iPod touch Skype doesn't work with Ipod Touch 2G 3.0 Firmware

Hello,
Yestreday I upgraded my Ipod TOuch 2G firmware from 2.2.1 to 3.0, and Installed the skype..

but, when I call my friends or "skype test call", I dont hear anybody or anything...
I didnt have this problem in the 2.2.1 firmware...

how can I fix this problem ?

But I didnt use headset when I had the 2.2.1 too and I could hear the person I called to.

Can I ask what the point is in using Skype on an iPod Touch, when it doesn't even have a mic?

Skype has not been updated to be 3.0 compatible yet, but Fring has and You can access your Skype account through it as well as many others.

Skype works fine with me, and i'm on 3.0 with an iPod Touch 2g...

iPod Touch 2G (16GB) with 3.0, runs Skype properly.

There's no way to dial DTMF sounds on Fring - no keypad to respond to prompts.

Skype isn't supported on 3.0. You're apt to have a disabled speaker and off-again-on-again DTMF function. Buggy, but usable.
