Skype for iPhone not ringing

I have an iPhone 4 running the latest firmware. I keep it logged in, but it will not ring when the App is closed or even open on occasion. I have it set never to go offline and i have sounds and alerts on.

Any ideas? A search of this brings up a lot of people with the problem, but no solutions.

Actually it is different than push. Since Skype is VOIP it actually keeps running in the background. It is a bit of a battery killer when running.
Not sure why it isn't ringing for you, but I do have the same problem as you. I find the most reliable way to receive a call is to have the app running in the foreground.
