Skype in 2018 on PPC Macs

Hello ,

i used previously a hack to use Skype for chatting with peers on my powerbook g4,

it seems the Hack is no more doable in 2018 (haven't used Skype in a while since 2015-16).


Does anyone of you still use Skype succesfully on a PowerPC Mac running OSX Tiger or Leopard?

As far as I know the web version works in TenFourFox, though I also haven't used Skype in a while.

ya, thanks, i'll give it a try;
actually i was able to get into my account on the Skype program after updating the hack (make program think u use system version 6.xx) to skype version 7, but no contacts were found altogether, so i thought, maybe it is broken now.

The Video Function did newer work on the PPC Macs when i tried Skype on it, but Calling and Text messages worked just fine.

For VoIP i still use occasionally SJPhone.
