Skype installed, but hidden..?

I installed Skype from the appstore on the phone...i don't see the icon anywhere, if i search the phone its on there but i cant uninstall it to try to get install it again. I downloaded it in itunes and tried deselecting it and syncing it...it doesnt remove it either.

Any ideas what i can do?
