Skype - Microphone not working

Hi

Having an issue with the latest version of Skype (6.18 493)

No one can hear me :(

Tried all the troubleshooting things, but the microphone on my 13" late 2013 rmbp just does not work. It works in everything else including FaceTime just not in Skype.

Worked OK up till a few weeks ago.

Anyone else having issues, or any ideas on how to mend.
