Skype notification settings in iphone 4s? Not there..

Its crazy! I got one 4s for me one for my GF. both "start as new phone" (but I had AppleID and iphone before, she didnt)

My iphone has no Skype in Notifications, her's has. I did delete and reinstall but nothing...

Do skype (UK app store) give apple push notifications?
