Skype on Windows 7 64bit Bootcamp

Hello i have a macbook pro 15in late 2011 model. The problem is i can run my fans using smc control at 5500RPM on osx without people on Skype hearing it, but when i go on bootcamp and use like 4000RPM my friends say it sounds like a hurricane , I've also tested this myself with echo call test on Skype. I use apple EarPods as my earbuds of chose , but it doesn't make a difference which earbuds i use, I've tried changing mic levels on Skype but it just makes them hear me quitter
