I am looking to make a number of sales calls using skype and paying the monthly fee's for landlines and mobiles, but I wanted to try a skype handset to use to make the calls.

Anyone have the experiance of a handset like the following:

And secondly, Do any work with OS X ?

I have this one.

It works well.

As it simply plugs into the AirPort extreme, it is not an issue as to whether it runs on OS X. That is, it is stand alone and is not plugged into a computer. The base station plugs into the APE and you put the wireless phone where ever you want. You can have up to 4 phones on the base station and two different Skype id's.

I have a Skype number so it simply rings on my skype phone like a standard home phone.

If you still have a normal land line you can run it on the phone as well (hence why it is called 'dual').

Note: the link is for the Australian phone (socket is different and price is in AU) so make sure you look for your country's version (and price).
