Skype Question -- how to dial from Europe to USA

This is a basic question so, please, no flames!!!

I plan to use Skpe on my iphone when I am in Europe to call th USA. Lets say I am calling the following USA number: 650-555-1212. What, exactly needs to be entered in the number field on the Skype for the iphone keypad?


I know the country code is '1' so do I enter +16505551212 or do in enter
+116505551212
