Now, I don't have windows on my mac, and I really don't know what this all means. Any help is appreciated.
 
Its Skype spam. Don't click the link or add the person to your contact list, just block them.
 
I clicked the link and a 100% valid and believable Windows virus scanner (it's a known fact, that any browser can be used to virtualise Windows)

Anyway, OP, it is just a scam, nothing to worry about. It is aimed at ignorant Windows users and trying to get them to pay 40 USD to do an online repair.
 
dang, ok thanks a lot. I have heard things about macs and viruses like that they don't exist, or there is only one known virus for them and all this other stuff. I don't really know what's true so I was worried.
 
Like everyone else said, it is spam so just ignore it. And there are no viruses for OS X there are a few trojans out there, but you have to choose to install them and enter your admin password.
