Skype screen sharing - no audio sharing!

I work mainly on a Windows desktop PC, where I do daily conferences with Screen sharing, sometimes also with audio included. (I show a video, and the audience should see and hear my video).

I was quite shocked that I cannot do that on my MB Air M1, because in Skype I simply do not have this option (which appears on the bottom before clicking "Share screen" in Windows).

Do I need to activate a certain option or is Apple blocking this simple but important feature?

First, the controls on macOS look differently. Second, it might also differ depending on the version of Skype installed on your Mac.
